About:

I look. I feel. I think about it. Fantasize about it. Before you know it, I have created something that inspires me. I stare, edit (with any medium from paper, cell phone, photoshop, canvas, etc.), then I share. I get tripped up into highly fantastical worlds where I create hyper realities based on the things I experience. In response to my experiences, I try to collect the aura of my emotions and regenerate them unto something tangible.

I knew I wanted to create when I first saw Pee-wee’s playhouse. I was about 8 years old, which was the first time I created a fort. I would always build little worlds in my room. My mother didn’t even know how to put me on punishment because I was always so odd and to myself. I remember this one specific fort I created when I was younger: I took all of the sheets and towels and created this slope that was attached to my bed that was being supported in the center with kitchen chairs. I had a train set that I wrapped around the outer edge of the fort and I even had a virtual river I created from blue garbage bags that I poured water on, which ended up flooding my room. Yeah, my family weren’t really too pleased with my ventures as a kid too often.(quotes from website Artsy, November 2014) Copyright: the artist
